I the client understand that drugs, illegal activity, smoking and weapons are NOT allowed in the vehicle at anytime. Under age drinking is strictly prohibited (Under the age of 21 in California).

SECTION 5384.5 NO ONE SHALL BE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WHILE MINORS ARE PRESENT our affiliates require everyone to read and sign the minor release form statement if minors will be present.

Client is liable for ALL DAMAGES to the limousine sustained during client's trip to include spills, burns, rips, tears, vomit or damage to any limousine.

Clients agree to pay a service charge minimum of $250, up to the actual cost. If the client(s) get sick and/or need to vomit the driver will gladly pull over IF IT SAFE TO DO SO. Client hereby authorizes ITTrans Limousine to charge 50% deposit to the credit card on file at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable.

Client agree any changes to the contract, once booked, will result in a price increase.We can take request but do not guarantee the color of Limo. Clients understand that ITTrans Limousine does not give refund at anytime.

The cancellation fee is $200 or 50%, whichever is greater once you have booked, after that if you cancel within 2 weeks before the contract date you will be fully charged.

Client agrees that if anyone in the party is found using any illegal drugs, fighting or any other conduct considered inappropriate by the chauffeur, chauffeur WILL end the charter right away.

Vehicle pre-trip inspection: Once the contract is signed and your charter time begins you accept the condition the limousine/party bus in its present of as is condition and waive the right to claim any further discount or refund.

Client understands that due to the structural engineering of the vehicles, if any breakdown or mechanical trouble should occur, the customer is subject to down time only and cannot recoup or file suit for any further retribution against ITTrans Limousine or their affiliates.

All clients agree to call our office if there are any problems or concerns that they may have. We will do the best we can to resolve any problems.

Clients must call our office no later than the date of the service. Otherwise clients understand that if they contact our office concerning past bookings, ITTrans Limousine will not be held accountable and will not be responsible for any issues previously encountered and cannot offer any refunds or discounts.

Client agrees any changes to the contract, once booked will result in price increase of the rented vehicle. The client also understands that there will be no refund given for the difference.

Client agrees that ITTrans Limousine shall not be held liable for any damaged arising out of the ITTrans Limousine inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties of breakdown, delay due to traffic condition or any other events beyond reasonable control of ITTrans Limousine.

ITTrans Limousine in NOT responsible for any items left in the Limousine or the safe keeping of any item(s).

20% gratuity will be billed to all rides. Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time and any holiday surcharges that will be added and itemized on the customers billing statement.

The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable; two-way tolls, airport fees & early morning pick up. All published rates are subject to change without notice.

Eating and smoking is strictly NOT permitted in any of our vehicles.To avoid a 'no show' fee call510-861-7247 or 510-935-1757 if you cannot locate your vehicle.

In cases of no existing contract, Above vehicles' ls minimum will be charged.how' fee equal to the base fare of the 20% gratuity applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
